Dr. Walker received his BS in pharmacy from Rutgers University, his MS in Biochemistry from New
Mexico State University and his PhD in comparative physiology from Rutgers University. He
completed an Internship in neuroanatomy at Emory University College of Medicine, and
postdoctoral fellowships in neuroendocrinology and neuropharmacology at Duke University
College of Medicine (Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development) and the University of
California, Berkeley, respectively. He held a tenured faculty position at the University of
Kentucky College of Medicine (Department of Anatomy and Molecular Biology/Sanders-Brown
Research Center on Aging) and was also research professor in the Department of Pharmacology at
the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Walker has been the recipient of many research grants from
federal agencies including the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation and
Department of Defense as well as from state and local sources. He has published extensively on
aging and treatments of age associated l deficits in peer reviewed scientific journals. He also
developed a novel approach to age-management medicine called Primary Locus Intervention or PLI
therapy for sustaining youthful brain-pituitary function across the lifespan. Walker is currently
Editor-in-Chief of the peer reviewed, MedLine referenced journal, Clinical Interventions in Aging, a
source of evidence based information for practitioners of age-management medicine published by
Dove Medical Press (Auckland and London). He is also Executive Director of the Society for
Applied Research in Aging (SARA), a professional, international organization of anti-aging
practitioners. His research efforts with Brooke Greenberg, the subject of Miraculous
Mutation/Vessel of Immortal Life recently came to the attention of the media resulting in Dr.
Walker’s being asked to participate in the filming of his story for broadcast on ABC 20/20,TLC
Discovery on June 26 and August 9, 2009, respectively.
In addition to his research with "the girl who doesn't age", Walker has developed several clinical
methods and authored a book on Longevity Medicine for sustaining health and vitality during his
search for the gene that will bring persistent youth and life extension.

The Human Destiny Society is composed of like-minded individuals
committed to the singular goal of finding the key to human
immortality within the coming decade. The membership has taken
this initiative for several important reasons which include the fact that:
Knowledge of human genetics has progressed to the point that it is
now technically possible to manipulate the activity of human genes.
Genes affecting the rates of development in animals have already
been discovered and characterized. Mutation of those genes in adult
animals extends their life spans hundreds of times beyond normal,
HDS’s founder and chief scientist has been studying a child that
suffered a spontaneous mutation of the genes causing her
development to be arrested. She remains as a baby at sixteen years
of age. Although unfortunate for the child, her tissues provide
Society researchers the opportunity to identify and alter the genes
that hold the secret to aging human immortality.
